Voice Pro, LLC is the owner of www.businessvoicepro.com . It has established these Privacy Policies (the "PP") for the purpose of setting out our policy on the gathering and use of information on the Company Network. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined hereunder, the words "us", "our", "we" and "you" within this AUP shall have the meanings as defined in the Voice Pro, LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE or in the other policies referred to in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. For greater certainty, the term "User", "you" or "You" shall refer to the customer of Voice Pro, LLC. Where there is a conflict between this PP and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE shall have priority in resolving the conflict.
Personal Information is information about you that identifies you as an individual, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
If you choose to register with us, you will be providing us with certain information, some of which identifies you personally, such as your email address, and other registration information. From time to time, you may also provide us with additional information about yourself if you engage in any other transactions with us, for example, when you give us your phone number to seek customer support.
We ask for Personal Information such as your name and e-mail address when you register for a Voice Pro, LLC account to access the Services, or if you correspond with us (in which case we will also retain our responses). Where you are required to pay for Services, then we will also ask for additional information, such as your credit card number and billing address. We may also retain any messages you send through the Services, and may collect information you provide in User Content you post to the Services. We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties, including, for example, information about your transactions, purchase history, or relationships with various product and service providers, and your use of certain applications.
We collect information when you visit our Site, use or interact with the Services, or when you visit our Publishers' web sites that use our widget. This information could include general click stream behavior such as web pages viewed (including the URL addresses of such pages), search queries from which users are directed to a page, navigation from page to page through the Services, time spent on each page, and items that you click or select ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information also may include IP address, information about your geographic location derived from your IP address and the domain name of your Internet Service Provider.

Analytics Information: We use both our and third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Services. Clear Gifs/Web Beacons Information: When you use the Services, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information is allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.
The form of consent required for the collection and use of your Personal Information depends on what is reasonable in the circumstances. We may assume consent from your actions. For example, if you provide us with your Personal Information to register an account, we assume that we may also send you notices related to your account and to bill you when appropriate. This is an example of implied consent. Following termination or deactivation of your Voice Pro, LLC account, we may retain your Personal Information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, the Company may retain and continue to use indefinitely all information (including User Content) contained in your communications to other Users or posted to public or semi-public areas, if any, of the Services after termination or deactivation of your account. The Company reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the User Content you post on the Services. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms and Conditions of Use, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. The Company also reserves the right to remove information upon the request of any third party. Please be advised that any information gathered on our Sites may also be used in the aggregate for research and development relating to our Site and/or for future site development. We may also aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties.
The Company considers the protection of children's privacy, especially online, to be of the utmost importance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children at the age of 13 nor do we allow them to become registered users of, or to request information through, our Site.
